ADDupol® unsaturated polyester resins and gelcoats, orthophalic resins, isophthalic resins, including casting, laminating and infusion grades, make up the range. These are used in a wide variety of GRP and composite applications.

ADDpoxy® and ADDcure® - a comprehensive range of epoxy resins and hardeners. These are used in the manufacture of adhesives, coatings, composites, flooring, construction and electrical applications.

ADDsol® solvents include acetone, ethyl acetate, n-Propanol and MEK used in the composite, printing and adhesive industries. These are delivered from our bulk tank facilities located at our Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal branches.

Acrastrip™ - an award winning, environmentally friendly water based cleaning system for use with polyester, vinylester and epoxy resins.
Powder coatings are based on thermosetting polymers and are specialized coatings for the protection of steel and aluminum surfaces. They are suitable for a wide variety of applications, from decorative and house-hold appliances to architectural grades. The absence of solvents in their formulations makes them environmentally friendly and cost effective. They are mainly electrostatically applied and can be formulated in a large variety of colours and finishes.
Silicone RTV-2 moulding rubber is an elastomer comprising of a silicone rubber base
and a catalyst.
RTV-2 is a Room Temperature Vulcanising rubber that requires a catalyst to cure it into a flexible rubber.
There are 2 types of RTV-2 rubbers:
add resins carries the condensation cure which is the most commonly used rubber.
Silicone RTV gives a faithful reproduction of most substrates and is very simple to use requiring no special equipment.

Lantor products for open mould processes:
For decades, Lantor Coremat® has been considered the world standard for flexible bulker mats and print blockers used in hand lay-up and spray-up processes. All Coremat® grades consist of a polyester nonwoven containing microspheres. They offer a cost effective increase in stiffness and weight-savings in materials and an excellent surface finish.
The original Coremat® Xi grade is distinctively recognizable by its blue resin indicator. It is known for its excellent impregnation and drapeability properties during processing. This makes the Coremat® Xi an excellent choice for complex geometries.
The Coremat® XM is engineered to combine optimized resin uptake with good tensile strength of the material in a wetted condition. The XM grade has been given a hexagonal cell structure to maintain the Coremat® quality for consistency of thickness and flexibility.
The Coremat® XM 10 grade is designed to replace rigid materials such as foam, plywood or plastic cores. The XM 10 has good screw retention, without rot issues and combines this the Coremat® qualities of flexibility and easy processing.
Lantor products for closed mould processes:
For closed mould processes Lantor offers a unique and patented product range of core materials that are both flexible and compression resistant. During the infusion process, the Soric® core works as a flow medium and enables steady and inter-laminar impregnation. Once the process is finished, the impregnated Soric® is an excellent bonded honeycomb structured core that offers weight reduction and cost efficient stiffness.
Soric® SF is a general-purpose grade for thin laminates. This grade balances resin flow with surface quality. The honeycomb structure formed during the process provides good shear properties.
The Soric® XF grades have fast resin flow combined with optimized weight reduction. The hexagonal pattern offers a reduced resin consumption making the Soric® XF grade suitable for thicker laminates.
Soric® TF is the ideal product for the most demanding cosmetic and surface requirements. The Soric® TF pattern is designed for print blocking and is suitable for infused laminates and prepreg’ processes. The dark color of Soric® TF Grey supports you in obtaining the black carbon fiber look.
